There are many things to do and attraction to visit in Goumanissa and the surrounding areas.

Macedonian folk life and art museun

This is a small, private museum started back in 1991. It is located on the road to the vilage of Griva.
Amongst the exhibits, you can see traditional costumes from many areas of Macedonia and Thrace and of course everyday and formal old costumes of Goumenissa.
There are also some old furniture, lots of tools and a collection of old barrels and viticulture tools, as the area has a long tradition.
